National awards in the field
We work alongside entrepreneurs and financial institutions, investors and bondholders, and we manage to make a difference through working groups that are constantly updated on changes in the sector’s regulations.
The experience gained is nationally recognized, and indeed, Prof. Avv. Andrea Gemma has been appointed by the Bank of Italy as a member of the Board of Judges of the Banking and Financial Arbitrator, established by the Supervisory Authority of the banking sector for the resolution of disputes.
