Antonio Volanti has been a collaborator of the Firm since 2018.
Previously he worked with leading law firms in Rome. He graduated with honors from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1991 and qualified as a lawyer in 1994.
He has been enrolled in the register of lawyers admitted to the Court of Cassation since 2007.
In the field of bankruptcy law, he has held positions as a Receiver at the Courts of Rome and Tivoli and has been appointed to specific legal advisory and legal assistance assignments on behalf of Receivers and Judicial Directors.
He teaches University Master’s Degrees and lectures at conferences. As an adjunct professor, he held the integrative course of “Derivative instruments law and financial transactions” at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
He is the author of numerous publications on banking, corporate and bankruptcy law.
